We are looking forward to an **Indirect Purchasing Senior Buyer** in **Shanghai.** In Eaton, making our work exciting, engaging, meaningful; ensuring safety, health, wellness; and being a model of inclusion & diversity are already embedded in who we are - it’s in our values, part of our vision, and our clearly defined aspirational goals. **What you’ll do:** + Responsible for sourcing RHQ indirect commodity initiatives and new projects, AVL and TAIL supplier management, including purchasing cost control and supplier performance management, supporting working capital improvement. + Purchasing for RHQ indirect material and service cover Capital, MRO, PS and Facilities. + Collaborate with Category Managers and stakeholders to deploy global category strategy and implementation. + Makes market benchmark and sets up potential supplier list according to the requirement of related department. + Develop new suppliers and optimize supplier base. + New project sourcing following PROLaunch through digitalization tools application. + Realize localization/Low-cost source on schedule, Sample and validation process follow up. + Annual cost saving generation according to annual cost saving target and monthly tracking. + Communicate and collaborate among related function teams to effectively resolve purchasing issues. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor degree or equivalent, with a background of technical or business. + At least 5 years’ relevant working experience, among which 5 years’ sourcing experience in multinational company preferred. + Experience in manufacturing industry such as mechanical and electric company. + Collaborates with stakeholders to achieve assigned special projects and or initiative outcomes. + Understands technical specifications, product performance requirements, manufacturing processes, and end user expectations. + Good Execution, English & Digital mindset. + Results-oriented + Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill. **Yes!
