Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Bursa Plants.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Indirect Purchasing Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

Supporting office requirements, following-up operational tasksAssisting the management regarding administrative tasksSupporting Category Experts at purchasing tasks (RfI, RfQ, auction, negotiation, reporting, documentation, preparation, communication, etc.)Supporting localization and cost saving projectsPreparation of purchasing reports Support regarding communication with suppliers and internal business partnersCommunication with suppliers regarding import documentationCoordinating and tracking of purchasing approvals

 

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

•    3rd or 4th year of Bachelor or Master student of Business Administration, Department of Economics, International Relations, Public Relations, Secretary and Office Management
•    Fluency in English (Excellent command of written and spoken English)
•    Able to work min 3 days (preferably 4 days) in a week during school period
•    Able to work min 11 months (preferably 18 months) during school period
•    Able to travel 1 day per week to Istanbul Office (generally on Wednesdays)
•    Living in Bursa is a must (due to office assistant should come for daily operational tasks to our Indirect Purchasing Bursa Office)
•    Strong coordination and high communication skills together with team work abilities
•    Highly social personality in interpersonal communication
•    Eager to learn, dynamic personality, willingness to take initiatives
•    Result orientation with problem solving, analytical & proactive approach
•    High level of attention to details
•    Good command of MS Office applications especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
