Sourcing indirect services; anything tied to services for all diff BU's (support all besides IT; marketing, sales, etc)
Building relationships with vendors internal and external
This person will be sourcing new vendors - understand RFP process, negotiating process
Expected to have contacts, working with existing leads, not sure if they are going to cold call
Experience with indirect services
Example of services- staffing agencies for marketing , ad agencies , janitorial
Financial analytical skills- add value thru negotiations, financial acumen
Improvement in current services as well as being open to transformation (advisory, give ideas)
Experience interfacing with leaders; presentation skills, professional
Team size - 11 people on the team (reporting to senior manager of sourcing existing)
