Job Responsibilities :

1. Responsible on Sourcing on assigned commodity.

2. Create the long-range strategy (Supplier capabilities, spend, quality and delivery) on their respective commodity handled.

3. Provide competitive analysis, market assessments and industry analysis to support strategy and partnership decisions.

4. Responsible for cost analysis and price negotiation.

5. Responsible on supplier bidding and contract process.

6. Compliance on the company policies in (Vendor accreditation).

7. Compliance on the NDA requirement and process.

8. Compliance on the Dynamic screening requirement and process.

9. Understand and interpret Technical drawing  

10. Understand, supplier proposal (Inco-term, warranty, lead time, origin and special rates charging).

11. Understand EHS requirement for Chemical commodity. (Philippine Regulation – RA6969.Consequences of non-compliance Process of chemical evaluation and permitting).

12. Support projects of the business unit.

13. Responsible to provide timely response to internal and external customers.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Engineering or Business course3 to 5 years experience in Supply Chain-IndirectBasic to advance knowledge with MS office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).SAP Knowledge is an advantageWilling to work on-site in Tanauan City Batangas

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
