In this position...
As a Manager of Indirect Supply Chain Systems, you will design and execute the future vision for technology used in purchasing Indirect goods and services. We seek someone with a background in purchasing/supply chain and an interest in technology. You will collaborate with IT and Operations stakeholders to deliver solutions that support our strategic plans and manage current systems while focusing on digital transformation.
+ Collaborate with Indirect Purchasing buyers, leadership, and IT stakeholders to create and execute a detailed Aurora (SAP Ariba) roadmap.
+ Enhance the current IT systems for the Indirect Supply Chain organization, ensuring they align with strategic and operational plans across the enterprise.
+ Convert Indirect supply chain requirements into technical solutions, from prototyping and testing to scaling and global deployment, in partnership with IT stakeholders.
+ Manage a team of three employees based in the USA.
+ Work with various internal and external partners, including IT, Data Analytics, Product Development, Global Business partners, and Suppliers.
+ Utilize strong data analytic skills to optimize value, improve quality, delivery, and cost throughout the organization
You'll have...
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5-10 years in Indirect purchasing or Source-to-pay systems
• Strong business acumen for driving transformations and change management
• Critical thinking to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions
• Proficiency in data analytics for continuous improvement in Supply Chain
