EY-Global Delivery Services (GDS) Indirect Tax team supports EY’s Global Indirect Tax practice and clients in managing Indirect Tax services. Some of the key support areas of EY-GDS Indirect Tax team include:

 

VAT / GST / Indirect Tax / Other Taxes / Compliance Accounts Reconciliation

 

What are you going to do?

Manage VAT engagements which includes preparation of VAT, Indirect Tax Returns and/or Accounts Reconciliation, as well as undertaking detailed planning and implementation Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of team through regular training Cooperate to keep quality, turnaround time & other service level agreement (SLA) requirements Cooperate to maintain and develop quality & productivity metric tools Build working relationships with the user groups by participating in reviews and feedback sessions focused in continuous improvement Follow up on tasks to ensure, work performed by the GDS meets the quality standards & SLA Anticipate and identify risks and escalate as appropriate Understanding and compliance with the planning of the provision of services Organizational and process skills Problem solving skills, attention to detail Interpersonal skills - Enjoys working with people and developing people, with key focus on managing effective teams, adaptable and flexible
