Find a full job description here: https://web.mit.edu/sloan-hr/jobs/OERIGO.pdf Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of experience in a related advancement field, sales, or fundraising role; experience calling and/or meeting with 10+ donors per month; portfolio management experience with high net wealth prospects; familiarity with fundraising management software, such as Advance, Salesforce, or Raisers Edge; and demonstrated capacity to work effectively with potentially large benefactors, including excellent communication and presentation skills. PREFERRED: A minimum of two years cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding $10K-$100K gifts.
