This position is responsible for providing product-based and professional services to company’s customers including technical site analysis to resolve customer issues and field service duties on the company’s complete range of HVAC Units.Perform Startup/Commissioning, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective/Unscheduled Maintenance on all company cooling equipmentProvide installation consulting services at customer site and over the phoneManage unit replacement when necessaryWork with customers, contractors, other members of the team, Sales Partners, Tech Support, and Services Manager to resolve escalated problemsEducate customers on basic operation of their equipment  Keep customers informed on any issues which they may experience with their equipment in a way which is beneficial to the customerInteract with customers by phone/face to face depending on the level and type of support requiredRespond to common inquiries or complaints from customersEnsure compliance with all safety policies, practices and procedures at all times
