Internship Benefit The program is designed to allow Interns the opportunity to apply theory to the appropriate areas of study. The Intern will be challenged to learn the fundamentals of the department he/she is assigned to and how that department contributes to the success of the Company. The following majors are encouraged to apply: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, and Human Resources, The Intern will go through Inductotherm’s interview process and must successfully complete all required assessments/evaluations to be considered for the program. What you will do: • Must work all assigned hours, overtime included as assigned by department. o Manufacturing: Monday – 05:00am to 03:30pm Friday and Saturdays as needed o Office: Monday – Friday 08:00am to 05:00pm • Must be available to attend all assigned events. • Must adhere to Company's attendance policy. If all requirements are met by the Intern, they will qualify for a bonus. This is a 100% work on site program!!!
