We are looking for an Industrial Mechanical Foremanto join a dynamic and passionate team within a general contractor based in Quebec City. This multidisciplinary company, specializing in construction and engineering, has extensive experience in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate maintenance, installation, and repair of industrial mechanical equipment. Plan and assign tasks based on priorities and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in collaboration with the technical team. Manage inventory of tools and equipment needed for operations. Communicate and collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders. Train, mentor, and evaluate team members. Monitor work progress and prepare reports.

Skills and qualifications :

Diploma in Industrial Mechanics or equivalent training Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial mechanics In-depth knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and regulations Ability to read and interpret mechanical plans and schematics Strong team management and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent command of French (spoken and written) Experience in Quebec required Apply
