In your hands. **About the VIE:** iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship. PLEASE NOTE that applications that are only submitted in French cannot be considered by our non-French speaking partners at Sanofi worldwide. We recognize to truly tap into the richness diversity brings we must lead with inclusion and have a workplace where those differences can thrive and be leveraged to empower the lives of our employees, patients and customers. **Our** **Team:** _Support the key account manager who leads & manages the business relationship with third parties, subsequent the drug product divestment deals and pilots the Manufacturing and Supply Agreement (MSA) evolution according to CHC M&S strategy._ **Main responsibilities:** _Support the execution of MSA for drug products, from product divestment phase up to contract termination and support all related negotiations (price & associated mechanism, max capacity, contract assignment/termination/extension...),in coordination with CHC IA sites and divestment projects team._ _Support regular business reviews and performance assessment with key partners._ _Support to addresses risks & opportunities linked to contract/partnering scope to ensure sustainable activity. He/she supports to aligns on priorities and expected performance with M&S CHC sites._ _He/She contributes to lKAM on bringing litigation topics related to contract terms with support of internal stakeholders (manufacturing, supply, quality, legal, finance)_ _He/She works in close collaboration with CHC M&S supply chain to challenge customer long term & period forecasting and supports to provide reliable contribution to budget & Strat plan exercises._ Scope _:_ _Suzano (Brazil) and Ocoyoacac (Mexico) regional MSAs_ About you: + **Experience:** _Nice to have knowledge or experience in 3rd party business relationship (_ **_sales, procurement, external manufacturing or business development_** _)._ + **Soft skills:** _Good communication skills, resilient, proactive, results orientation, good relationship skills and influence._ + **Technical skills** : Good knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics process, n _egotiation & contract controls kills. Nice to have understanding of chemical, cosmetics or pharmaceutical industrial environment.
