Overview **Industrial Appliance Service Technician** _Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm_ As a CSC Industrial Appliance Service Tech, you will be responsible for providing troubleshooting, preventative maintenance & repair on our commercial Washer/Dryer appliances to your assigned service area. Your days will start and finish at home with the company vehicle & gas card provided for you! **Job Duties:** + Troubleshooting mechanical, electronical, and technological repairs on commercial laundry equipment (washing machines/dryers, and air vending machines). + Proactively managing maintenance requirements to keep machines working reliably, reducing the need for future service calls. + Maintain stock of parts in your company vehicle so you’re always prepared to provide a quick solution + Handling daily/weekly service tasks utilizing route and dispatch software tools + Instruct customers and/or clients how to operate appliances and equipment in a safe and effective manner. + Clean & Test equipment to make sure it’s fully functioning before you leave. + Promptly respond to inquiries and complaints from customers + Keeping delivery locations clean and safe - a quick yet important part of our Best-in-Class service.
