What You’ll Learn:

This isn’t a one-track apprenticeship. You’ll rotate through different roles and gain insight into many areas of industrial construction, including:

Site preparation and layout Pipework and mechanical systems Structural steel and concrete work Basic electrical installation and troubleshooting Equipment operation and maintenance Quality control and safety practices Project coordination and logistics

We’re looking for individuals who are:

Eager to learn and not afraid to get their hands dirty Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Team players who ask questions and take initiative Interested in a long-term career in the construction industry

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Must be 18 years or older Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Willingness to follow safety protocols and company policies Reliable transportation to job sites
