**Job Title: General Production Worker**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a General Production Worker to assist in assembling the outer metal shell of HVAC units. This role involves using hand and power drills to screw components together.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble the outer metal shell of HVAC units.
+ Utilize hand and power drills to secure components.
+ Perform general production tasks as assigned.
+ Maintain warehouse inventory and control.
+ Assist with shipping, receiving, and data entry tasks.
+ Operate pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2 years of production experience.
+ Experience with hand and power tools.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in general labor and assembly.
+ Knowledge of warehouse inventory control.
+ Skills in shipping and receiving processes.

**Work Environment**
Work in a warehouse/production environment with up to 150 colleagues. Steel-toed boots are required. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, starting at 5 AM and ending at 1:30 PM, with rare Saturday shifts.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00
