What You Will Do:

The position will work within the Enterprise Capacity team where we have responsibility for ensuring industrial capacity insights are generated in accordance with standard work to support the entire value stream of operations (P&W Purchase, P&W Make, and Partnerships). This is done to ensure our producer base is prepared to support P&W’s demand in the future. The position will focus on communications with internal stakeholders who use this information to make decisions about the future of the  business.

Onsite location can be anyone of the P&W operations sites.

This role will require domestic travel between 25-50%

Responsibilities:

Lead communications to Program teams regarding constraints affecting output to customers identified by Kinaxis Rapid ResponseSupport Industrial Engineering teams who have responsibility for inputs to Kinaxis Rapid Response, ensuring accuracy, and adherence to standard. Translate internal customer requests for information into guidance for our business intelligence dashboard creation teamProvide guidance to SIOP team regarding impacts to business based on constraint information using Kinaxis Rapid Response and business intelligence dashboardsEstablish standards for executive level operations reviews using information provided by Kinaxis Rapid Response and business intelligence dashboardsUtilize digital applications such as SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response, Qlik, POWER BI and our internally developed Capacity Portal to create capacity risk analytics for internal requests for information.Support program "what-if" scenario requests to engine and spare parts production rates typically 3-5 years into the future.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, supply chain management, project management or a related discipline7+ years of experience in industrial engineering, supply chain, continuous improvement, or a related field.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Lean Six Sigma training or certification preferredSAP experienceKinaxis Rapid Response experienceAdvanced data analytics using Business Intelligence software applications (E.G. Power Bi, Qlik…)Experience with capacity modeling, scenario modeling, and/or capital requirements planning

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
