This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can evaluate project plans, assess risks, and collaborate with teams to ensure cost-effective execution. ResponsibilitiesAnalyze construction documents, drawings, and specifications to create precise cost estimates.Identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost variables, providing strategic insights to management.Perform quantity take-offs and develop comprehensive estimates for industrial projects.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to gather cost data and support proposal development.Present estimates and proposals to leadership, stakeholders, and clients with confidence and clarity. Qualifications and Requirements3–5 years of experience in estimating or project management within industrial construction.Strong understanding of pumps, pipes, and valves, with the ability to conceptualize projects without full drawings.Excellent communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is a plus. Benefits and Perks$130k–$140k base salary.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.Paid holidays and opportunities for professional development.A collaborative and growth-focused work environment. Your New OrganizationJoin a forward-thinking company that values accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration in industrial construction. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
