Job description :

We are looking for an Industrial Electrical Foremanto join a dynamic and passionate team within a general contractor based in Quebec City. This multidisciplinary company, specializing in construction and engineering, has extensive experience in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians on-site. Plan and organize electrical activities according to project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies. Collaborate with other trades and project managers. Inspect and approve materials and equipment needed for the work. Train and mentor team members to support their development. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure installations meet compliance standards. Prepare progress reports and maintain communication with management.

Skills and qualifications :

Diploma in Electricity or relevant training Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial electrical work Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and schematics Leadership, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently Excellent command of French (spoken and written) Experience in Quebec required Apply
