**Aerotek is hiring an Industrial Electrician, Delta BC.** **Job Description** Manufacture veneer products, which are processed from sheets at this facility, where they move through conveyors, dryers, are stacked, graded, and shipped out. We are looking for a tenured, Red Seal Industrial Electrician to join our team. **Responsibilities** + Mentor and work with two apprentices + Organize and manage projects + Program and troubleshoot mill systems (60% of the time) + Change motors, install frequency drives, and design circuits + Work with voltage up to 600V **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial experience + Experience with electrical troubleshooting and schematics + Familiarity with frequency drives + Basic programming skills, preferably with Siemens + Leadership skills **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Sawmill experience is a plus + Strong English communication skills + Ability to work both independently and in a team environment + Motivated and eager to work overtime **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive wages, increasing hourly rates annually since 2019. Statutory holidays may require work unless pre-booked off, with Christmas being the only guaranteed day off.
