Your Key Responsibilities

Governance of industrial engineering processes and master data;

Strategic further development of the costing processes (incl. PCM), the available capacity in relation to the planning horizons and the budget planning process (sub-process: quantity structure);• Development of a portfolio of key figures to ensure sustainable data quality;

Development and implementation of an IE qualification concept;

Management and collaboration in international, strategic, cross-divisional projects;

Carrying out training/coaching. Supervision of trainees, apprentices and working students;

Operating an international IE network with divisions and regions.

Your Qualifications

Master or Bachelor degree in engineering or comparable education;

2 years within the Industrial Engineering area (Plant, Region or Division);

Established knowledge of all industrial engineering processes and master data (Costing, Tariffs, Workcenter, Capacity, Bill of material, Routing);

In-depth knowledge of Schaeffler Group business processes as well as procedures and internal regulations related to the Industrial Engineering function;

Several years of experience in project management;

Microsoft Office skills / Power BI;

Established experience in SAP PP module;

Willingness to travel / further development abroad (initial training in Germany).
