Your work will improve efficiency, safety, and quality across our manufacturing operations, helping Goodyear deliver exceptional products while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. **What You’ll Do** + Establish standard cycle times, labor standards, and machine operation units to improve performance + Develop and implement efficient work methods and procedures + Design ergonomic, functional workstations and optimize plant layouts + Analyze material flow and identify opportunities to streamline production lines + Evaluate labor costs and assess the financial impact of process changes + Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) + Lead or support process improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies **What You’ll Bring** **Basic Qualifications** + VI/VII degree in Mechanical Engineering, Technical/Technological Engineering, or a related field + Strong computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) + Advanced English proficiency + Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience with production optimization and continuous improvement projects + Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles + Familiarity with manufacturing process monitoring tools or OEE analysis We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
