What Matters Most:We are seeking an Industrial Engineer responsible for process improvement, setting work standards, optimizing processes, and managing projects in the warehouse Service Center.
Your New Role:As an Industrial Engineer, you will:Establish work standards and methods using various measurement techniques.Recommend and analyze improvements for processes, procedures, and equipment.Conduct cost studies and economic comparisons to support project decisions.Optimize floor space, materials, personnel, and equipment usage.Support operations teams to enhance efficiency and resolve issues.Lead the implementation of new processes, equipment, and products.Plan, execute, and manage strategic projects to meet goals.Maintain site drawings for design improvements and process flow mapping.Your Experience:To excel in this role, you should have:Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing.2-5 years of experience in automated manufacturing environments.Proficient in CAD or similar layout and process flow software.Strong lean manufacturing experience.Experience in automated production and supplier management.Knowledge of FMS systems.Understanding of product costing and cost reduction opportunities.Ability to interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.Your New Organization:Join our client’s organization, a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to excellence in maintenance and operations.
