In this role, you will have the opportunity to design, develop, test and evaluate integrated systems for managing industrial production processes, including human work factors, quality control, inventory control, logistics, material flow, cost analysis and production coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Review engineering specifications, customer requirements, and related information to ascertain appropriate manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Research and analyze customer design proposals, specifications, manuals, or other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, or maintenance requirements of designs or applications. Conduct research that tests or analyzes equipment, components, or systems' feasibility, design, operation, or performance. Support manufacturing operations using lean enterprise tools and methods to address bottlenecks, maximize product reliability, eliminate waste and reduce costs. Establish and review cost-saving methods and he effects of product design changes. Plan and establish the sequence of operations to produce parts and promote efficient utilization. Develop or test models of alternate designs or processing methods to assess feasibility, sustainability, operating condition effects, potential new applications, or the necessity of modification. Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency using drafting tools and software. Investigate equipment and system failures to diagnose faulty operation and recommend design modifications. Communicate openly and work collaboratively with all departments and operational support functions. Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMWhat are we looking for?

Key Competencies:
Bachelor's degree required in Industial or Manufacturing Engineering or similar 2 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with production processes & costs, applying lean enterprise tools, methods and statistical process control Mechanical aptitude or technical inclination required Ability to read and interpret part prints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports. Must be detail-oriented Passionate and committed to the excellence of Martin´s customer service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-management with the drive to succeed and achieve goals Independent ability to evaluate situations, solve problems, and make decisions Recognition and ability to effect change and contribute to the organization's goals Energetic and positive with a willingness to grow skill setTo perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company’s Paragould, Arkansas branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
