Position SummaryWe are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our dynamic Technology team at ITT.
You’ll be an integral part of the team spearheading key manufacturing projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and timelines.
Essential ResponsibilitiesManaging multiple projects, you'll be envolved in
Identification and definition of the characteristics of the machine, implementation plan, writing of technical specificationin, in collaboration with Production, Quality and R&D bodiesDefinition of the characteristics of the system, layout, implementation planProject management of the quotation, development, launching, testing and commissioning of new production devices/machinesSupplier contact, supply definition and management, supporting economic negotiation in collaboration with PurchasingVerification and compliance with the impact on safety and the environmentInternal construction site set-up, work coordination with supplier and external labor managementCommissioning of the plant within the assigned times and achievement of project productivityMonitoring of assigned industrial plantsVerification of production / quality performancePromotion of quality and efficiency improvement activitiesPromotion of plant cost reduction activitiesParticipation in innovation and development of the competitiveness of the production unit Position Requirements Technical backgroundProven experience with development and launch of complex automatic machines, preferable in assembling area or automatic controlsProficient use of Autocad or other Technical toolsProficient with IT tools: Excel, PowerPoint. SAP is a plus.Good knowledge of the English languageThese skills are a plus: robot basic application, experience with vision systems, basic knowledge of lean manufacturingThe profile is completed by interpersonal skills, autonomy, flexibility, aptitude for teamwork, analytical skills, problem solving, priority management and willing to work in a challenging environmentLeadership skills to interface with multiple internal functions and external parties (suppliers, contract manufacturers)Eagerness to learn, enthusiasm and curiosityDetail oriented and analytic mindsetAvailability to business travels
