Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed time studies and work measurements to identify opportunities for process improvements, analyzing data to enhance manufacturing efficiency and productivity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce waste.

This role is based in a manufacturing environment in Simsbury, CT. We offer a 9/80 work schedule, allowing every other Friday off. The role supports various high-profile programs such as Blue Orion/Space Programs, Hypersonic Missile Programs, and Launch Vehicles.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
