Job Title: Industrial Engineer
Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Engineer to join our team and be assigned to a production line. The individual will work closely with production, manufacturing, and quality teams. The role involves facilitating Tier 1 meetings to discuss the previous day's production performance, conducting data analysis to identify trends and efficiencies, and initiating projects to enhance efficiency. Additionally, the individual will create KPIs and tracking systems for business units.

This is a first shift opportunity (8am-5pm) in a medical device manufacturing setting. Each Industrial Engineer supports one of the six production lines at the site, with a total of three Industrial Engineers on the team. The work involves novel situations, new challenges, and projects, with the potential for the duration of the role to be extended or converted to a full-time position.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $48.00/hr.
