We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team in Greenville, SC. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and design workflows and sequences of operations to maximize efficiency across production facilities and equipment layouts.

- Establish methods to ensure maximum utilization of production facilities, equipment, and personnel, while maintaining a focus on cost control and reduction.

- Assist in creating and implementing accident prevention measures to foster a safe and efficient working environment.

- Conduct studies to identify opportunities for improvements in cost control, inventory management, and production record systems, and implement plans to address these areas.

- Collaborate with facilities engineers to design and plan modifications or enhancements to production operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Develop and manage training programs for personnel, emphasizing best practices in production operations and safety protocols.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree

Aerospace industry experience

Experience managing production cost and schedule

Experience with Precedent Diagrams and Lean Manufacturing
Desired Skills:

Strong communication skills - active listening, asking questions, clearly conveying thoughts and reasoning

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
