We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Industrial Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest standards of quality within the aerospace industry. Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.Develop and implement industrial engineering solutions to support production, assembly, and testing operations.Design and optimize production layouts, workflows, and resource allocation for aerospace components.Utilize lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies to reduce waste and improve productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of processes.Perform time studies, capacity analyses, and cost analyses to support production planning and decision-making.Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in BI ReportsProven experience in industrial engineering, preferably within the aerospace industry.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, or similar).Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Hold a TN Visa Additional InformationHere’s a heads-up of the upcoming steps:
