What’s the role?  

The goal for this intern position is to help make the manufacturing process more efficient (reduce labor hours, reduce cycle time, reduce variance).

Here’s what you’ll do:

Collect and analyze manufacturing data (cycle times, rework, test results, etc.)Plan for labor allocation using takt, cycle, lead times and capacity allocation using resource timesUse data analysis to identify trends and suggest process improvementsWork with mfg. systems, applications & process tools (ERP, Lean, Data Analytics)Develop work instructions for existing and new manufacturing processesCreate and submit Engineering Change Orders

Do you qualify?

Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Industrial Engineering or equivalent

On site work 4-5 days / week

The hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 – $27.00

The pay offered for this role may be influenced by factors such as job location, scope of role, qualifications, education, experience, & complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent.
