This role is in the UPS Healthcare Spain division which operates in the pharmaceutical logistics and distribution market, based on San Fernando de Henares (Madrid).

What you’ll do
In charge of analysis and design for new and existing warehouse operationsSupport automation and innovation throughout entire operationEvaluate effectiveness of current or future logistical processesIdentify and implement cost-reduction or process-improvement logistic opportunities.Conduct logistics studies or analyses, such as time studies, zero-base analyses, rate analyses, network analyses, flow-path analyses, or supply chain analyses.Support new business implementationsCreate corrective / preventive action plans to address KPI shortfallsCreate and maintain operation dynamic dashboards and daily operating reports include but not limit to: Daily P&L, Productivity Report, Facility UtilizationWhat you’ll get

Education: minimum bachelors degree in engineering, supply chain or economicsExperience: Generally, >2 years logistical experience in transportation, warehousing, or other related logistics operations preferredStrong analytical, organizational, decision making skillsStrong interpersonal and resolution skills to effectively interact with all teams, areas and levels of businessDrive to innovate and improveExcellent knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)Ability to work independently both in identify solutions to problems and prioritizing tasks• preferred experience in either Logistics or Healthcare companyLanguage knowledge: Fluent English and Spanish written and speaking is essentialSome travel may be required to centers of BarcelonaHow we recruit
