We’re hiring **Material Handlers** to support production by managing inventory, pulling orders, and preparing shipments. Key Responsibilities: + Pull inventory and deliver production materials and supplies to designated areas + Stage finished goods for final distribution + Maintain accurate inventory through labeling, organizing, and documentation + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other industrial equipment + Prepare shipments by pulling, packing, crating, and loading materials + Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols + Meet production and quality standards consistently + Support overall team goals with a positive and dependable work ethic **Qualifications:** + Certified to operate a forklift and crane + Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail + Prior experience with inventory control and shipping/receiving + Valid driver's license with a safe driving record + Familiarity with ERP or WMS systems and handheld RF devices + Experience working with steel or in a manufacturing environment is a plus + Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings **Supervisory Responsibilities:** + This role may include direct responsibilities for designated areas within the Material Handling department If you're looking to grow your career in a stable, team-oriented manufacturing environment—and you're ready to bring your best every day—we want to hear from you. **Pay Details:** $17.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
