We are seeking a skilled and certified Industrial HVAC Technician Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with general facility maintenance and a strong background in HVAC systems. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of our facility’s infrastructure and systems, troubleshooting issues, and performing routine maintenance tasks. The technician will be instrumental in maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HVAC System Maintenance and Repair:
Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs or replacements.Manage HVAC system calibrations and ensure optimal performance.General Facility Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance checks on facility equipment and systems, including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.Address and resolve facility-related issues promptly to ensure minimal disruption to operations.Perform minor repairs and maintenance on building infrastructure, including lighting, fixtures, and flooring.Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations regarding building systems and safety standards.Emergency Response:
Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform urgent repairs as needed.Be available for on-call support as required.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Report any major issues or potential hazards to the Facilities Manager.QualificationsTo Join Our Team:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in HVAC, building maintenance, or a related field preferred.Certifications: Valid HVAC certification (e.g., EPA Section 608, NATE) is required.Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in facilities maintenance with a focus on HVAC systems.Skills:Proficiency in HVAC system diagnostics, maintenance, and repair.Strong mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team.Additional InformationWhat we offer:
