What you'll do as an Industrial Maintenance Custodian

Cleaning Offices, Bathrooms, Breakrooms, and Walls: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in offices, bathrooms, and breakrooms. Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors. Wipe down countertops, tables, and chairs in breakrooms. Dust and wipe walls and surfaces throughout the facility to maintain a tidy appearance..Sweep and power wash exterior walkways, loading docks, and other designated areas to remove dirt, debris, and stainsRemove litter and debris from parking lots and surrounding areas.
