**Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of various equipment and plant electrical systems. This role requires a strong working knowledge of PLC hardware and software, electrical standards, and instrumentation. **Responsibilities** + Work with high and low voltage motor testing, circuit breakers testing, circuits testing and troubleshooting. + Set up and troubleshoot PLC, ESP, and VFD systems. + Troubleshoot and calibrate process gas analyzers. + Perform piping and wiring tasks. + Handle pneumatic and hydraulic controls. + Repair and troubleshoot air conditioners. + Troubleshoot lights and receptacles. + Conduct basic CAN preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. + Calibrate and troubleshoot field instrumentation for level, pressure, and temperature. + Calibrate and troubleshoot weight feeders. + Provide maintenance and coordinate repairs with the Environmental Manager as a CEMS technician. + Maintain and troubleshoot drag lines. + Calibrate and troubleshoot load-out scales. + Perform PLC tests and troubleshooting. + Participate in good housekeeping practices using the 5S Housekeeping program. + Follow all safety policies, procedures, and practices. + Assist with other departmental needs as required. + Provide instruction, direction, and support to outside contractors for special projects or plant outages. + Operate mobile equipment. **Shift** + 1st Shift + 7AM-4:40PM + Overtime is mandatory and must be open to consistently working OT. **Why Work Here?** -80% of health insurance paid by company -Vacation starts at 80 hours and can go up to 200 over time -11 paid holidays -After 6 months they offer tuition reimbursement for an online school (the employee pays 80% and then is reimbursed after passing the class) -Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance **Work Environment** This position is based in an outdoor shop within a non-airconditioned facility that can be dirty and dusty.
