Responsibilities: - Lead the maintenance team in all aspects of conveyor system repairs and maintenance. - Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely manner. - Mentor and manage a team of skilled maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety. - Implement and oversee a comprehensive maintenance schedule to minimize downtime. - Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performances. - Apply your knowledge of photoeyes sensors and 3 phase motors to ensure optimal functionality. - Utilize PLC experience to enhance system controls and processes when applicable.
