What you’ll be doing:

Troubleshoots, repairs and adjusts equipment as neededPerforms equipment changeovers according to production demandsProvides preventative maintenance to plant equipmentRebuilds presses and support equipmentEvaluates/maintains hand tools for condition and complianceFamiliar with Electrical schematics, knowledge of motors and controls, troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of PLC and PLC programming is a plusAbility to use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safelyContinuous improvement of skills as outlined by the maintenance training matrixAccurate documentation of maintenance records using Computer Maintenance Management SystemEffective communication skills including the ability to receive and follow direction and provide feedback as requested; as well as communicating with other maintenance employeesWorks cooperatively with teammate as a natural work teamWork schedule is 40-48 hours/week plus overtime requirementsCarry out additional duties as requested by supervisor

Successful completion of an accredited electromechanical degree or equivalent schooling/experienceCompletion of mechanical aptitude testing at minimum requirement(Standard Timing Model Test)Possess mechanical, machinist, or electrical backgroundAbility to lift 10#-50#, often carrying up to 20#Bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and reaching frequently
