Our client, a large manufacturing company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team in Oxnard, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on industrial manufacturing equipment, including glass fabrication machines, CNC machines, and more. The role involves troubleshooting, equipment calibration, preventive maintenance, and ensuring the overall efficiency of plant operations.

Your Day:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on glass fabrication equipment such as cutting, polishing, and tempering machines.Diagnose equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot issues effectively.Weld using MIG, TIG, or ARC processes and perform metal fabrication.Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.Calibrate equipment for precise operations and set up machinery for production runs.Adhere to safety standards and ensure equipment complies with regulations.Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repairs, preparing reports and recommendations.

About You:

3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance, welding, and metal fabrication.Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals.High school diploma and technical trade school or equivalent.Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
