Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician 

Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift 
Overtime: Must be available for overtime, must be available for weekends
Compensation: $36-$45 based on experience 

We need the best maintenance team in the business to help us keep our paper and packaging machines in top notch condition.  If you have industrial experience or want to move over to industrial work, we want to speak with you.

As a member of our Maintenance Team you will:

 

Keep yourself, our team and the community safe when you adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures and actively participate in our safety programEnsure production machinery functions correctly and efficiently so our world class production team can do their jobPerform preventative maintenance on all machinery. Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, compressor, and vacuum systemsHave access to all the training necessary to fully cross-train in other technical areas of maintenanceWill work with steam and boiler controls and mechanical power drives
 
What you need to succeed:

 

High School Diploma or GEDAbility to work weekends & overtimeAbility to effectively communicate and work on a teamA love for troubleshooting complicated machineryBasic mathematical skills and basic technology/computer skillsOne to three years of experience in Maintenance with the skills to work in an industrial environmentElectrical experience highly valued as is corrugated packaging experienceProfessional license(s), licensure premiums may apply
