Industrial Maintenance Technician
**Now Hiring** **Maintenance Technicians- All Shifts Available** **Job Description** This is a Maintenance Technician position working from Monday to Friday, with potential work on weekends when necessary. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and support of product-specific work cells to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. The role involves working with power transmission mechanical systems such as conveyors, gearboxes, and fluid transfer in the mixing/mill area. The technician will respond to downtime situations, perform preventative maintenance, document maintenance activities, and identify future maintenance needs. Additionally, the technician will perform process verification procedures and follow deviation procedures when changing parameters. All shifts are available for placement! **Responsibilities** + Maintain and support product-specific work cells to minimize downtime and optimize productivity. + Respond to downtime situations to get machines back up and running. + Perform preventative maintenance on work cells and document maintenance activities. + Evaluate and identify potential future maintenance needs and issues. + Perform process verification procedures and follow deviation procedures when changing parameters. + Conduct repairs such as fabricating, replacing bearings, repairing/replacing hydraulic pumps, cooling pumps, and maintaining conveyors, belts, and drives. + Perform minor facility maintenance repairs and work closely with others on maintenance issues. **Why Work Here?** This position offers significant career growth opportunities within the maintenance department. There may be occasions where the employee will need to perform tasks requiring personal protective equipment such as hearing protection, safety glasses, and safety shoes. It is a fast-paced company operating in the vibrations industry. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
