Industrial Maintenance Technician
**Apply now for a call within 24 hours from Tanner as we move the hiring process along quickly!** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic tools, electric components, electronic systems, and sensors, conveyor systems, typically utilized on production machines and equipment. You will specifically be working with press brakes, turrets, lasers, panel benders, and other metal fabrication machines. **Responsibilities** + Observe production systems and equipment, diagnose malfunctions, and make appropriate repairs. + Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. + Make approved modifications to machinery and equipment to meet production needs. + Repair or replace defective parts and clean parts. + Start devices to test their performance and make necessary adjustments. + Discuss and coordinate repairs with peers to ensure optimal production schedules are maintained. + Modify work schedule as necessary to make repairs and maintain critical equipment. + Communicate and coordinate effectively with factory service providers to ensure equipment is properly maintained and repaired efficiently. + Install new equipment and move existing equipment based on business needs. + Set up and operate drill press, grinder, welder, and other metalworking tools to fabricate and repair parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with metal fabrication machines such as lasers and panel benders + Proficiency in operating drill presses, grinders, welders, and other metalworking tools + Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with factory service providers + Experience with CMMS modules in ERP systems **Why Work Here?** We offer a dynamic work environment where your skills and expertise will be valued and challenged. The work environment includes lifting and moving up to 50 pounds frequently and maintaining a neat and orderly work area. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $75000.00/yr. Dalsin offers health benefits, a wellness program, 401k match, profit sharing and a bonus program. Dalsin matches 3% when the employee contributes 6%.
