You’ll work on preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to minimize downtime. The position requires expertise in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, and equipment maintenance. This is a hands-on role that ensures the facility and equipment are in excellent working condition. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipmentTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical and operational issuesRepair and replace defective parts using hand and power toolsMaintain the facility, including upkeep of floors, roofs, plumbing, and drainage systemsEnsure a clean and safe working environment by following established rules and procedures Qualifications and Requirements: Experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumaticsProficiency with hand and power tools, along with the ability to read diagrams and manualsStrong troubleshooting and problem solving skillsKnowledge of facility maintenance tasks like plumbing, roofing, and landscaping is a plus  Benefits and Perks: $24-$28/hr depending on experienceMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceOpportunities for training and career growth Your New Organization:Family owned metal fabrication company incorporated in 1987.
