Major Duties and Responsibilities:
· Install, inspect and test all machinery and equipment for facility including some off-site
· Troubleshoots machinery to detect malfunctions and discuss possibilities with supervisor and other \t maintenance personnel to diagnose and repair machinery
· Follow all Lock Out Tag Out procedures
· Dismantle defective machines & equipment and install new or repaired parts
· Clean, repair and maintain AC and air compressor units for the facility
· Fabricate or modify customized parts for custom machinery
· Work with company personnel on proper machine operating techniques
· Clean and lubricate machines as necessary
· Install and repair electrical apparatus, such as transformers, wiring and electrical components
· Repair and maintain physical structure of establishment
· Installs, repairs and maintains plumbing structures as needed
· Set up machine tooling as required and work with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment as needed
· Record gas levels within facility maintaining and calibrating multiple gas monitors as needed
· Follow a preventative maintenance program as instructed
· Modify parts as needed
· Maintain and repair powered forklift trucks
· Upgrade machines and/or control packages as needed
· Operates scissor lift as needed
· Properly operates material handling equipment (forklifts, etc.) by adhering to required training and guidelines for such equipment.
· Fill in for Production and Shipping as needed.
· Work with pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
· Focuses on company safety rules and policies to work safely on the job.
· Shares responsibility for compliance of safety rules and policies and reports unsafe conditions to immediate supervisor.

Work Experience
Experience and Education \t
Candidates must possess reasoning, mathematical and communications skills at a level equal to or superior to a H.S. graduate or GED. Mechanical or electrical certification a plus. Also, machinist experience preferred. Need knowledge of powered forklift trucks, welding & cutting torches, SDS requirements and HVAC experience needed. Must be willing to work overtime as needed. Must have forklift certification, or the ability to receive certification within 30 days.
