Job Description

- Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance services according to service orders

- Analyze maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, Availability)

- Issue reports based on information from the logbook containing machine downtime

- Support operators in TPM activities

- Install electronic systems and components, as well as interpret electrical diagrams

- Perform corrective maintenance on equipment

- Work in compliance with safety, health and environmental standards, identifying risk situations

- Perform measurements and tests: check system voltages, check grounding and insulation of machines and equipment

- Evaluate the conditions for carrying out activities safely, signaling and blocking equipment or work areas for maintenance intervention

- Repair and install electronic devices, identifying defects and failures

- Develop electronic circuit devices

- Perform corrective maintenance on robots

- Monitor the operation of the communication network systems: INTERBUS, CONTROL NET, DEVICE NET AND ETHERNET

Work Experience

- Knowledge of the operation of stamping presses and Robot Programs

- Advanced knowledge of electrical controls and electronic installations

- Interpretation of electrical drawings and diagrams

- Knowledge of PLC is desirable

- Operation of the View Panel
