This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. **Job Location:** Milwaukee, WI **Job Type:** Full Time **Shift(s) Available:** 2nd **Compensation:** $28.45/hr **Benefits Information** + Competitive Pay + Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance + Health and Wellness Incentives + Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions + Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) + Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Tuition Reimbursement + Employee Discounts + Production: health benefits commence on the 1st of the month after 90 days of employment + Salary: health benefits commence on the 1st of the month following the date of hire **Principal Accountabilities** + Setup, changeover, and teardown of machines + Read run sheets and utilize machines to produce product to customer specifications + Accurately record machine efficiency and up time + Communicate with production employees, leads, and supervisors + Maintaining a safe working environment + Accurately complete other Formax related paperwork + Ensuring food safety and quality + Cleanliness and housekeeping + Set-up of equipment/work station + Be able to operate a pallet-jack + Be able to learn and perform LOTO **Required Qualifications** + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship + Must be 18 years or older + Ability to read, write, and speak English + Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division + Ability to read and comprehend manuals and SOP's + Ability to manage multiple priorities at once, have strong organizational, troubleshooting, and analytical skills + Experience with the use of and measuring of instruments/precision tools, fasteners, piping/fittings & valves, cutting and welding, packing/sealing/gasket products, air/steam traps, rotating shaft components, filtering media and rigging + Ability to work 8-hour shifts and extended shifts, including week-ends, holidays and on-call, the ability work outside in all types of weather, climb ladders and work from heights, and the ability to work in a potentially physically strenuous environment **Preferred Qualifications** + AA or 2 year technical degree in Industrial Maintenance Mechanics + Minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance + High school diploma or GED + Demonstrate computer skills including data entry and data retrieval **Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.** Equal Opportunity Employer, including Disability/Vet
