Industrial Mechanic
**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** Responsible for building and equipment maintenance for the facility. The Maintenance Mechanic will be the sole maintenance technician on staff, responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment as needed. While minor facility repairs are part of the role, any major HVAC or electrical issues will be outsourced to a contractor. The role involves repair and maintenance on various equipment including skillets, baggers, kettles, conveyors, and coolers. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment. + Repair and maintain skillets, baggers, kettles, conveyors, and coolers. + Handle minor facility repairs; outsource major HVAC or electrical repairs to contractors. + Work independently and manage maintenance tasks with minimal oversight. + Be the sole maintenance technician on site, especially on Fridays. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting + Electrical + Mechanical + Experience with baggers, coolers, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics + Preventive maintenance + Reading and interpreting schematics + 10+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance + Experience working with 480 volts **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to work independently + Strong problem-solving skills + 2-3 years of experience as a lead or supervisor (preferred but not required) **Why Work Here?** This role offers a high level of autonomy, allowing you to run the maintenance operations as you see fit. The facility is not very large, allowing for a more personalized and manageable work setting. The role operates Monday through Friday, starting between 5 and 6 AM and ending between 2 and 3 PM. Production runs Monday to Thursday, with Fridays being a quieter day where you will be the only person on site. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $42.00/hr.
