What You'll Do as an Industrial Painter & Blaster: This combined role will require you to perform a range of tasks, including blasting, painting, and general responsibilities.

Blasting:

Operate blasting equipment (sandblasters, shot blasters, grit blasters) to prep surfaces.Inspect metal components before and after blasting for quality assurance.Maintain and clean equipment to ensure top performance.Follow all safety procedures, including PPE usage.

Painting:

Apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns, rollers, or brushes.Mix and match paint colors to meet project specifications.Ensure smooth, even application with proper drying times between coats.Conduct quality checks for coverage, thickness, and adhesion.

General Duties:

Maintain a clean, organized workspace.Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards.Report any equipment issues or maintenance needs.Work closely with production teams to meet deadlines and quality expectations.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Manufacturing or production experience with industrial blasting & painting experience (familiarity with various media & techniques).Certifications in industrial painting/blasting (NACE, SSPC) or forklift operation are a plus!Ability to read blueprints & follow work instructions.Strong attention to detail & quality control.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. & work in various environmental conditions.Knowledge of safety protocols for hazardous materials & ventilation.
