Main Activities

üContinuous ImprovementüIs in charge of the continuous improvement of the whole process, both in Front-end & Core, ie from  tendering to delivery.üAnimate the continuous improvement on operational processes (CIOP) in plant based on SPS card selectionüChallenge, follow Kaizen events and in some cases lead some of themØSmart factoriesüLead the deployment of the smart factory solutions in plantüIs the point of contact of the IPM and global smart factory leaderüProductivityüDefine yearly actions plan to built the productivity üFollow productivity action plan and ensure achievement of the DLP targetüReport the DLP to support functions by using standard tool and processØSPSüEnsure the transversal animation to get sustainability of SPS level in the plant (including implementation of actions plans driven by SPS assessment)üEnsure the growing skills at all levels in the factory on the principles of manufacturing excellenceüManage the plant Value Stream Mapping (current & future state) and lead the continuous improvement of Product Lead Time by animating transversal actions plan at plant levelüEnsure the implementation of the concept of green / red, principles of SPS, architecture lines, SIM, MPH …üIs the owner of the SPS Card 6C for the plant
