What will you do?

·        Lead and assist LEAN Manufacturing deployment

·        High knowledge of LEAN concepts, SPS, and contribution to new contents

·        Lead and/or train Kaizen Blitz methodology

·        Lead and/or facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM)

·        Ensure improvement of LEAN labor efficiency/productivity

·        Solicit and consistently follow of the monthly productivity/KPI results per Department using iBSC

·        Build the monthly report for DLP savings

·        Responsible for process development & optimization needs at a local, regional, or global scale

·        Strong contribution to elaboration and deployment of standards & continuous improvement processes

·        Responsible for Methods (& Maintenance if not separated) function in an entity

·        Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management & budgetary accountability

·        Strongly contributing to leading continuous improvement actions on the site
