We have an exciting opportunity to join our Property Team for a 12 month industrial Placement as a PropertyAdvisor - Estates.This placement will focus on the day-to-day management of the retail, industrial and logistics portfolio whichcomprises in excess 800 commercial properties, over 9m sq ft. across the United Kingdom.The Property Team comprises 89 people including Surveyors, Property and Facilities & Maintenance Managers.This role is in the Estates Management Team, based in our Support Office in Bradford and is focused onproviding effective and efficient property management of the operational estate in order to support our colleaguesto provide an excellent customer experience.   Working closely with Head of Estates and Senior Estates Manager responsibilities will include:   Undertaking day-to-day property management functions in a professional manner  Engaging in asset management initiatives to protect and/or enhance asset values  Undertaking lease renewals and rent reviews  Maintaining reporting in respect of an existing portfolio Engaging with stakeholders, contractors and tenants when required Working with Property Finance to track income and costs across the portfolio Reviewing service charge demands including annual budgeting and reconciliations. Monitoring and managing key lease events, ensuring the accuracy of the property management database Engaging on other ad hoc property management and project as required Regular travel is not required, however, you will travel as necessary to inspect properties and sites and engagewith internal and external stakeholders to ensure property and operational requirements are achieved.
