KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Industrial Process Engineer – Methods, Integration, Test & Deployment, you are accountable to:

Develop manufacturing, repair, service, testing and integration plans and procedures and assist with defining and maintaining applicable standards.Support the APRU operational teams in implementing first-level maintenance (TPM), alongside the maintenance teams.Anticipate the preparation of future developments in compliance, promote technological innovation to reduce costs and cycles, and ensure the feasibility and reproducibility of manufactured components (with the Industrialisation Process Engineers).Work with the Industrialisation Process Engineers to develop objective costs as early as possible in the process and ensure those costs are maintained. With the Product Support Managers, capitalise on production lines and manage feedback, and play a key role in improving productivity and continuous improvement. Work with the Industrialisation Process Engineers to incorporate supplier issues as part of the subcontracting of certain activities.

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

Knowledge of industrial management control Basic knowledge of stock management and flow management methodologiesPractice of analytical and problem-solving techniquesKnowledge of production tools, industrial IT & use of dashboards (analysis, decision support)Know how to listen and mobilise resources in a context of mutual respectShare information out of a desire for transparencyAct with agility, adjust behaviour in real time and foster a culture of continuous improvement
