This role requires strong negotiation skills, overseeing vendor relationships and deep understanding of supply chain processes. Key Responsibilities: + Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals. + Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships. + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability. + Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks. + Prepare and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. + Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for purchasing activities and report on cost, quality, and delivery performance. + Managing Production Team of ______ employees. + Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast demand and manage budgets. + Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred but not required. + 3+ years of relevant work experience + Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills. + Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. + Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices. + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Proven history in managing a production team Why Manpower? + We’re local!
